Elon Musk Asks Tesla car owner to Stop Complaining About Bugs

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, advised a Tesla car owner on Wednesday not to complain about an assisted driving function that the maker of electric vehicles is preparing to provide as a paid service in the future. The client had claimed that the company’s Full Self-Driving function still needed assistance, but Musk argued that the customer was actually using an early beta version of the company’s Full Self-Driving system that they had requested to use before the capability was made available.

Tesla owner James Locke tweeted about issues with the company’s Full-Self Driving beta on Wednesday. Musk answered. “I regret to say that I still need to intervene in order to solve #FSDBeta 10.69 in my area. There’s still work to be done.” The Tesla CEO asked the user not to criticise the feature while it was still in beta testing in response to their message on Twitter.

10.69’s restricted release serves a purpose. Musk said, “Please do not beg to be included in early beta releases and then complain. ” Musk was responding to the user on Twitter who said they had already spent a total of $32,000 (about Rs 25,52,800) to use the function.Another user encouraged Musk to apologise, but he refused, saying that the person had approached him directly to request membership in the “early” beta, which consisted of 1,000 cars, many of which were owned by Tesla employees. Musk claimed that because the early beta version “explicitly contains defects or it would be sent out widely,” it was unethical to publicly criticise what he had ordered.
